Along with the refreshing and fresh aroma of muscat and melon, the umami of rice spreads slightly in the harmony of sweetness and acidity. It matches dishes using seasonal ingredients such as wild plants that feel bittersweet, grilled herb chicken, etc. Recommended temperature range: 10℃ to 20 ℃.
