Description

Our miso-marinated salmon is made by carefully soaking fresh salmon in fermented miso, allowing the deep richness and umami of the miso to permeate the fish. The balanced saltiness enhances the natural sweetness of the salmon's fat, resulting in a moist and tender texture. When grilled, the miso develops a savoury, toasty aroma that is sure to whet your appetite. Easy to prepare, simply grill it to enjoy an authentic taste of Japanese cuisine. This dish is perfect for everyday meals or special occasions, and is popular as an accompaniment to rice, a bento box addition, or a pairing with sake. Please note that this product varies in shape and weight. Each package contains fillets weighing at least 80 grams.

Cooking Instructions:

Defrost the fish in the fridge for half a day, or under running water until thawed. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Place the fish in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning. Or you can cook the fish in a pan.

Storage Information
Keep frozen. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not re-freeze.
