The Ichiban Shibori manufacturing method is a unique manufacturing method of Kirin Beer that uses only the wort that flows out first in the wort filtration process in beer making. The particular manufacturing method is the origin of the brand name. They use 1.5 times as much malt as regular beer. In addition, to bring out the umami of clear wheat, they have adopted "low-temperature wort filtration technology" that reduces miscellaneous and astringent tastes to achieve a harmonious and easy-to-drink taste.
