亀泉 CEL-24 生酒 純米吟醸 原酒 720ml 14%
香りが強く立ち、酸味と甘味の絶妙なバランスが白ワインのような味わいの日本酒。こだわりの酒造りでファンの多い亀泉酒造が、広島県産八反錦を５０％まで磨き上げ、酒名の由来である高知県で開発された酵母『ＣＥＬ－２４』を使用して醸した純米吟醸生原酒です。土佐酒では大変珍しい極々甘口の日本酒度。香り高くフルーティーで、原酒にしては低いアルコール度ながら、しっかり感じる酸味と、ほのかな甘みのバランスが絶妙。
