This is a concentrated soup stock based on white soy sauce that has been carefully aged over time and carefully selected bonito flakes, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms are blended. It does not spoil the colour of the ingredients. Its taste will be soaked in, and your favourite dishes are easily and deliciously finished like a professional chef's. It can be used not only for Japanese cuisines but also for stir-fried vegetables, fried rice, pasta, etc. Dilute it 16 times before use. No preservatives or colourings are used.
