It's a traditional udon originating from Akita Prefecture in Japan, with a history of about 350 years. It's a hand-stretched thin udon, which is thinner than regular udon, and is characterised by its transparently beautiful appearance and smooth texture. The more you chew, the more you will be able to savour it. You can enjoy it hot or cold.
