Description
Yuzu (Japanese citrus) brought by farmers from Minami Shinshu are hand-squeezed one by one in a small village called Tenryu Village in Shimoina District, Nagano Prefecture. Although it is very labor-intensive, squeezing gently without using excessive force results in a strongly aromatic juice with minimal off-flavors.
