This is an aromatic flavourful “Tsuyu” that contains authentically-brewed soy sauce and dashi (soup stock) made from Japanese dried bonito and kelp. Dilute 7 times of hot water to use as udon noodle soup, and double of cold water to use as a dipping sauce for soba noodles. NINBEN developed the product 55 years ago, and it has been a long-selling product since then.
