Uses domestic konjac powder and underground natural water from the Nishiki River system which originates from the 100 best water in Japan, "Jakuchi River". The taste of the konnyaku that the manufacturer is proud of does not need the hassle of removing the natural harshness of konnyaku, just wash it with water and you can use it for cooking immediately.
