Description
"Dorayaki" has long been a beloved traditional sweet in Japan. A classic Japanese confection which conceals sweet vanilla custard with two fluffy pancakes. The custard creates a new twist on this classic treat. The name "Dorayaki" comes from "dora," a traditional Asian gong inspired by its round shape.
