The ramen noodles are made from carefully selected wheat flour and Yamaguchi prefecture’s pure natural groundwater, located in the peaceful mountains of Kano region. This natural groundwater is perfect for making noodles, having spent years being filtered through the minerals and rich earth of the Chugoku region. Our modern freezing technique adds more water than average noodles, ensuring the best al dente texture from start to finish so that you can enjoy every last noodle in the broth.
