Made with 100% Kochi Prefecture rice and brewed using the traditional dry brewing method of Tosa Tsuru, this unfiltered junmai sake is stored in bottles. With a lower alcohol content, it's easy to drink, offering a well-balanced acidity and a crisp flavour. When warmed to body temperature, the unfiltered sake reveals a rich and full-bodied taste that gently expands in your mouth.
