We can deliver frozen products to the postcode areas listed below.

Dry Ice : £5.00
Total £12.50
Free delivery for any orders over £60.00. We only charge £5.00 for dry Ice.
For frozen bulky items, additional £5.00 per 5 packets will be charged for extra dry ice arrangement.

Delivery Area B

Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate the delivery of frozen products outside of the postcode areas listed above. If we receive such an order, we will be forced to cancel it and issue a refund. Please ensure that you check whether your shipping address is eligible before placing an order.

Delivery Schedule

For Ambient Orders

We process new orders every weekday (Monday to Friday) from 9:00am local time.
We aim to deliver to your designated address within 3 to 4 days from the date of your order. If you place your order before 8:30 a.m., your order will be delivered in 2 days at the earliest during weekdays except for Bank Holidays.

For Orders with Frozen Products

We deliver frozen products on Wednesdays to Saturdays (except for Bank Holidays). Cut-off time for orders including frozen items is 11:59 pm three days before the delivery date.
*Although we enclose dry ice and ice packs with frozen products to Delivery Area A, there is a possibility that the frozen products can defrost slightly during delivery. Please keep them refrigerated and consume them within 24 hours.*We will not be able to guarantee the quality of the frozen products or facilitate refunds where there have been delays in the delivery caused by the customer's absence on the day of delivery or for any other unforeseen delays in delivery after we have dispatched the order.

Minimum Order Value

There is a minimum order value of £20.00 for each order
