Delivery to Northern Ireland, and International Shipping

Due to changes introduced under the revised Windsor Framework on 1st May 2025, we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.

Deliveries will remain unavailable until further notice while we assess the necessary operational adjustments required. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

International Shipping

We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom and do not offer standard international shipping.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value for all orders is £20.00.

Additional Fees

Frozen Care Fee (Delivery Area A Only)

Orders containing frozen products delivered to Delivery Area A will incur a Frozen Care Fee of £2.99 to help maintain product quality during transit.

A Frozen Care Fee of £2.99 applies to each frozen product line containing up to 5 units. For quantities above 5 units of the same frozen product, an additional £2.99 fee will be charged for each additional block of up to 5 units.

Examples:

• 1–5 frozen item: +£2.99
• 6–10 frozen item: +£5.98
• 11–15 frozen item: +£8.97
• 5 units of Frozen Product A + 2 units of Frozen Product B = £2.99 fee
• 6 units of Frozen Product A = £5.98 fee

The applicable fee will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Chilled Care Fee (Nationwide)

Orders containing chilled products will incur a Chilled Care Fee of £0.99.

Premium Saturday Frozen Delivery

Customers who select Saturday delivery for frozen products will incur an additional Premium Saturday Frozen Delivery Fee of £6.99.

Ambient products can be delivered throughout the United Kingdom.

Delivery Area B

• Scotland excluding the postcodes listed in Delivery Area A
• Channel Islands
• Isle of Man
• Isle of Wight

Frozen Products

Frozen products can only be delivered to the postcode areas listed in Delivery Area A.

• Wales
• Scotland to the following postcodes:
  DD, DG, EH, G, KY, ML, TD, AB1-16, AB21-25, AB30, AB39, PA1-19, PH1-14, KA1-26, KA29-30, FK1-16

Delivery Area B

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver frozen products outside the postcode areas listed in Delivery Area A.

If an order containing frozen products is placed for an address outside the eligible area, the order will be cancelled and refunded. Please check your delivery postcode before placing your order.

Delivery Schedule

Ambient Orders

We process new orders every weekday (Monday to Friday) from 9:00am local time.

We aim to deliver orders within 3–4 days of purchase.

Orders placed before 8:30am may be delivered as early as 2 working days, excluding Bank Holidays.

Orders Containing Frozen Products

Frozen product deliveries are available from Wednesday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).

The cut-off time for frozen orders is 11:59pm, three days before the selected delivery date.

Please note:

• Frozen products are packed using insulated packaging and temperature-control materials.
• Products may partially thaw during transit.
• Upon arrival, products should be refrigerated immediately and consumed within 24 hours if thawed.
• We cannot guarantee product quality or offer refunds where delivery issues result from customer absence or other circumstances outside our control after dispatch.

Delivery Couriers

We deliver orders using next-day delivery services provided by APC, FedEx or Parcel Force. The courier selected will depend on the delivery location, order contents, and operational requirements.

Deliveries in London

For deliveries within London, orders may be fulfilled either by our own delivery network or by one of our courier partners above.

Important Notes

• Delivery charges are calculated based on the order value before any additional care or premium delivery fees are applied.
• Frozen products are only available for delivery within Delivery Area A.
• Additional care fees apply where chilled or frozen temperature-controlled handling is required.
• As part of our commitment to reducing waste and supporting environmental sustainability, we may reuse clean cardboard boxes originally used for transporting products from our suppliers. This allows us to minimise packaging waste while ensuring your order arrives safely and securely.
