A Japanese rice shop who knows the genuine taste and value of rice has developed 100% domestically-produced special rice products and made them easy to access. “Ginger plus sticky barley rice” has a sticky texture with the scent of domestic chopped ginger. Uses domestic glutinous barley "Kirari Mochi", which has about 1.5 times more functional ingredient β-glucan than conventional barley. You can enjoy the chewy texture of domestically-produced shredded ginger and domestically-produced glutinous barley. Each serving is in a sterile pack, so just microwave it (500W) for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
