A rich and flavorful luxury sashimi soy sauce made by adding regular brewed dark soy sauce to 're-brewed soy sauce,' which is made by fermenting koji (rice malt) again after the initial soy sauce pressing. It is aged carefully over time and has a thick consistency. It is recommended for use with lean fish, directly as a dipping sauce for sashimi or sushi, and as a dipping sauce for donburi dishes. The narrow spout is designed for easy pouring.
