Description
"So Restaurant" is a Japanese restaurant located in Spitalfields. Since its opening in 2006, it has been a popular choice among Londoners, tourists, and the Japanese community.
Serve over a bowl of steamed Japanese rice, with a sprinkle of shichimi pepper to taste. Top with a raw egg if you fancy. Also wonderful as a tsumami side dish on its own or paired with sake or wine. The photo is an example of plating. Rice, pickled red ginger, and green onions are not included.
Heating instructions
Gyudon Topping is completely cooked, so only needs to be reheated. Please defrost before heating.
Boil water in a saucepan and turn off heat. Sink unopened package completely and warm 4,5 mins or open package onto a microwave safe dish and warm for 1,2 mins.
