Description
This sake is made from 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. This sake has a calm, fruity Ginjo aroma, a full flavour, moderate acidity and a light, crisp taste. The sake is clean, but supported by a robust umami. This accompanies the seafood for which Toyama is famous.
