Description
Junmai Ginjo with a "taste" carefully brewed by brewers using 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. A good aging period brings out a mellow, soft flavor with a pleasant aftertaste. The flavor is less showy, and the sake is designed to be enjoyed with food, enhancing the taste of food.
