At Noda Miso Shoten, they don't make miso paste but rather take their time to grow miso using a traditional, full-fledged maturing process. Noda Instant Vegan Miso Soup does not contain chemical seasonings, allowing you to enjoy the original richness and umami of miso. They use only 100% plant-derived raw materials and wakame seaweed, fried tofu and spring onions as garnish.
