"So Restaurant" is a Japanese restaurant located in Spitalfields. Since its opening in 2006, it has been a popular choice among Londoners, tourists, and the Japanese community.
Select black cod is marinated in our miso paste over night. Succulent and packed with umami, perfect with a bowl of steamed Japanese rice and miso soup for a delicious Japanese teishoku style meal. Also wonderful as a tsumami side dish on its own or paired with sake or wine. The photo is an example of plating. Garnishes are not included.
Heating instructions
Miso marinated black cod is completely cooked, so only needs to be reheated. Please defrost before heating.
Boil water in a saucepan and turn off heat. Sink unopened package completely and warm 4,5 mins or open package onto a microwave safe dish and warm for 1,2 mins.
