Description

Cedarwood and pine nuts notes on the nose. The fresh aroma of parsley mingles with a kick of fennel seeds on the palate with a creamy and silky texture. Clean finish with big Umami and a touch of sweetness of banana chips. This is Taru Sake - matured in a wooden barrel.
