Awarded the Gold Medal at the 2011 "National Sake Appraisal" in the USA. This size is perfect for restaurants as well. Coffee, roasted walnuts and caramelised onion notes on the palate. Comfortable mouth feeling of tartness and creamy texture with a faint of white jasmine. Quiet yet supportive Sake to bring out and enhance the flavour of food. Classic, clean and medium dry.
