Description
It is coarsely ground dried chilli peppers and a big size package for food service. Fine ground flakes of select chilli peppers bring out the sharp spiciness and good aroma. It also adds nice colour to the dishes. Use as a relish for noodles such as Udon, Soba, or meat and fish dishes, or as a topping for sushi rolls.
