Description
Miso-marinated sea bream combines the delicate and refined taste of sea bream with the rich depth and aroma of miso. The umami and roasted notes from the fermented miso enhance the natural sweetness of the sea bream, creating a delightful and well-rounded flavour experience with every bite. The miso marinade imparts a perfect amount of saltiness, balancing the overall taste and transforming the sea bream into an exquisite dish.
Please note that this product varies in shape and weight. Each package contains fillets weighing at least 80 grams.

COOKING INSTRUCTION
Defrost the fish in the fridge for half a day, or under running water until thawed. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Place the fish in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning. Or you can cook the fish in a pan.
Storage Information
Keep frozen -15°C. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
