“Fumigiku" was named by the head priest of the family temple to represent Toyama's sake, which is as fragrant and beautiful as a chrysanthemum. This sake is brewed at a low temperature from the start of the brewing process to minimize oxidation. Brewed naturally with just the right amount of acidity, it has a mild taste that will keep you coming back for more.
