A sake with a strong aroma, offering a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness, creating a flavour reminiscent of white wine. Fresh and green on the nose with apple and grapes. Rich and ripe fruits such as pineapple, banana and pear on the palate with a kick of citrus. Its lingering finish leaves Nama notes, refreshing and light. This is Nama - Unpasteurized and Genshu - undiluted style.
