Description
A powder-type sushi vinegar. It is easy to make delicious sushi rice by simply sprinkling on warm cooked rice and mixing. Compared to liquid sushi vinegar, there is no need to spend time adjusting the water content when cooking rice, and it is not sticky when mixing together. Also, since it is a powder, it is easy to adjust the taste when making vinegared rice so even beginners can easily make sushi with no mistakes.
