Description
18 cm Kanpyo made by seasoning carefully selected ingredients with soy sauce and mirin (sweet cooking sake) and simmering them. It can be used to accompany dishes and is often used as a filling in sushi rolls especially Futomaki and Kimbap/Gimbap.
