Description
This is a udon noodle made with 100% Japanese wheat flour, Shizuoka-grown matcha, and salt from Ako, Hyogo Prefecture. These thin udon noodles offer enhanced smoothness due to reduced salt content and the delightful flavour of matcha. Boiling time is a short 7-8 minutes.
