Description
Udon noodles with a smooth and springy texture, cut with sharp edges, and satisfyingly thick. Each serving is 200g, providing a generous portion. The soup is flavored with kombu (kelp) and shiitake mushroom dashi, enhancing the umami of kombu and adding depth to the soup. It can be stored at room temperature for 12 months, making it convenient for stocking up, and can be cooked using a pot or microwave.
