Description

Taste the rich and authentic flavour of hon mirin. Mirin is a sweet, delicate fermented sweet rice wine perfect for salads, teriyaki, yakitori and many other Japanese dishes. Its also used to create a lustrous glaze on dishes and remove strong odours from meat and fish.
