Description

Introduced by Chinese immigrants to Nagasaki Prefecture in Japan, Gua Bao buns have been sold in Japan for centuries. As well as being a popular street food in Taiwan, Gua Bao is now often served in Japanese ramen restaurants as a side dish. Traditionally stuffed with stewed pork bellies and pickles, it can be enjoyed with any fillings of your choice as a side or as a casual street food style meal.
