As well as being a popular street food in Taiwan, Gua Bao is now often served in Japanese ramen restaurants as a side dish. Traditionally stuffed with stewed pork bellies and pickles, it can be enjoyed with any fillings of your choice as a side or as a casual street food-style meal. Simple, versatile and convenient, perfect with any fillings to create flavourful street food style buns. Suitable for vegetarians. No additives.
Cooking Instructions (1 of 2 methods):
① Steam for 5–8 minutes from frozen
② Place 2–3 buns in a microwave-safe dish, sprinkle with a little water, and microwave at 800W for 1 minute
