Description
Koikuchi soy sauce (dark soy sause) with over 300 years of history, produced in Shodoshima, located in a climate conducive to soy sauce production. It is crafted using microorganisms collected from the 'natural fermentation brewery,' resulting in a soy sauce with complex umami flavours.
