Description
Ponzu sauce with a unique twist, blending yuzu fruit juice from Shikoku with naturally brewed soy sauce. The tangy yuzu flavour adds an addictive twist to your dishes. It's recommended for hot pot dishes like sukiyaki, vinegar-marinated oysters, tofu hot pot, bonito tataki, gyoza, nanbanzuke (vinegar-marinated fried fish), and grilled meats, among others.
