Description
Kombu liquid soup stock is made by extracting Hokkaido kelp and concentrating it 50 times. You can easily make a full-bodied kelp broth by just diluting it to add gentle umami flavours to cold soup, cooked rice, sushi vinegar, dressings and sauces.
