This Akita Akitakomachi is produced in Akita Prefecture where the difference of temperature between night and day is large, as the climate and land are suitable for rice cultivation and the water that flows from the Shirakami Mountains is rich in minerals. It has a glossy appearance, and the grain is fluffy. It has a good scent, is not too heavy and not too light, and is delicious even when cooled.
