Akita Akitakomachi is made in a climate and land suitable for rice cultivation, where the temperature difference between day and night is large and the water rich in minerals flows from the Shirakami Mountains. It has a good scent, is not too heavy and not too light, and is delicious even when cooled. Since it is unwashed rice, you can easily enjoy the rice without polishing it.
