Cooking Instructions
魚は冷蔵庫で半日解凍するか、水道水で解凍してください。オーブンを170°Cに予熱します。魚をオーブンに入れ、焦げないように注意しながら約10分間焼きます。もしくは、フライパンで調理することもできます。
