Description
古くから食べられている細長いひも状の緑色の海藻で、テングサなどとともに寒天の原料にもなります。大根の代わりとして刺身のツマや、ポキにも使われます。元は茶褐色していますが、加工して緑色となります。生のままたべると食中毒を起こすことがありますので、必ず加工してお使い下さい。
