Born in Yokohama, this is a traditional soup base that has been loved for many years. Ariake has achieved rich distinctive umami with their unique cooking method. Usually brewed with a pork bone in the pot to add extra flavour. The result is a thick tasty soup that compliments all ingredients usually found in ramen.
