Description
By adding the umami of eel to the traditionally brewed soy sauce and sweet cooking sake, Nihon Shokken has created a long-established sauce that has a long-lasting taste. It can be used for both roasting eel and unadon as well as for a finishing sauce; drizzling on top of sushi or grilled foods, buns, to flavour grilled vegetables, tofu, fish, chicken, and beef. This thick sauce is great for presenting food to make them look more attractive and delicious.
