Description

A set of tender Yellowtail Kingfish (80g). Carefully selected fresh Yellowtail Kingfish (Hamachi) is great for rice or sake. Individually packed and easy to prepare – just grill straight from frozen for an authentic taste of Japan at home.

PREPARATION:

Cook before consumption.

COOKING INSTRUCTION :

Defrost the fish in the fridge for half a day, or under running water until thawed. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Place the fish in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning. Or you can cook the fish in a pan.
