This croquette features a simple flavour made with 'Kita Akari' potatoes from Hokkaido. 'Kita Akari' is a popular potato variety developed from the traditional 'Danshaku' (Baron) potato. It has slightly yellow flesh and, when cooked, offers a fluffy texture and naturally sweet taste.
