Brewed with Fushimizu, famously superb water found in Fushimi, Kyoto's historical sake producing region, this sake has a smooth and light texture. It is a classic sake with a woody nose. Very drinkable followed by moderate Umami. The perfect complement to any dish. Enjoy chilled or gently warmed.
