This ponzu is a ponzu vinegar made by squeezing Shizuoka's speciality daidais (a type of Japanese citrus fruit) when young and unripe. Dilute it in half with soy sauce and use it for chicken tataki, Chinese cabbage hot pot, boiled tofu, grilled food, hot pot dishes, etc.
This product is free from any allergens.
Store in a Cool, Dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
