Udon noodles crafted using the traditional hand-stretched method of Ibo-no-ito, with a slightly flattened shape. They are designed to reduce cooking time and maintain their integrity even during prolonged boiling. Highly recommended for hot pots, kettle-cooked udon, simmered udon dishes, and cold udon.
