Description
100% Miyamanishiki produced in Akita Prefecture is used. As a result of the thorough processing of the raw materials by washing rice every 10 kg and limited water absorption, a clear and clean flavor without any cloying taste was expressed. It is brewed with the image of a clean, crisp taste to match the fish dishes of the port city of Uozu.
