This Junmai Ginjo is made with 100% Gohyakumangoku rice grown under contract in Yatsuo Town, the site of Toyama Prefecture's most prestigious autumn festival, “the Ecchu Owara Kaze no Bon”, and brewed with Association No. 9 yeast. You will enjoy its fruity aroma, smooth mouthfeel and dry umami taste.
