Description

This ohagi is made with chunky red bean paste using Hokkaido-grown azuki beans, wrapped in a rice cake dough prepared from Japanese glutinous rice, and generously coated with fragrant Japanese kinako (roasted soybean flour). It can be enjoyed either after natural defrosting or by quickly defrosting in the microwave.
